1. World Class Apps Limited receives information regarding usage and crashes of MyHICH. This information cannot be linked to any single user.

Privacy ‘Survey Area’

1. Requests to the ‘Survey Area’ are sent via World Class Apps Ltd’s systems, and stored only for 28 days, in case of failures and a resend is required. Information sent is never accessed or used by World Class Apps Ltd, and is only sent to H.I.C.H Ltd.
2. World Class Apps Ltd manages login to the ‘Survey Area’, and therefore has visibility of user emails. World Class Apps Ltd does not have visibility of passwords and does not use or share the email addresses.
3. Files and data located in MyHICH, exist only on your device until you choose to send to H.I.C.H. Ltd.
4. Files are sent via World Class Apps Ltd’s systems, and stored only for 28 days, in case of failures and a resend is required. World Class Apps Ltd. never uses any of the information or data sent via the MyHICH App.
5. World Class Apps Ltd’s systems are fully secure.
